Common sense has finally prevailed.
Now that the great BB has fallen we can start trying to bring the rest of the reality tv monster.
Keep fighting the good fight!

Potential buyers include Seven and Nine, who are waging their bloodiest ratings war yet?
Why would people who are slugging it out over ratings buy a failing TV show? Especially after they’ve dumped their own reality shows for the exact same reasons (Survivor, Temptation Island etc)
Looks like BB will be delegated to pay TV like the US and UK versions. AND ABOUT BLOODY TIME!
Or even better, maybe pay TV won’t even pay it (I can only hope)
Oh and how can they claim that Pamela Anderson has recreated interest in the show when her appearance caused a spike (not a jump, but a spike for that episode/s only) in the ratings. Are people interested in the show or the big breasted blond bimbo with loose morals?

I though people interested in big breasted blond bimbo’s with loose morals are the shows core demographic?

That was my thinking too.
Maybe if they released it on the internet they’d get higher ratings.

It is on the internet. Remember, on the net live 24/7. The show is merely clips of the “best stuff” (Which, given what I’ve seen on the ads which is supposedly the best of the best) is bloody poor.
The show has been a blight on society. It has destroyed a perfectly good lexicon that everyone, even those who hadn’t read the novel, understood. It’s replacement “Nanny state” just doesn’t install that feeling of dread. Also has anyone else noticed the increase in newspeak since the show began? For example, a drink over the recommended daily intake is now called binge drinking as “over-indulgence” = “excessive drinking” = “binge drinking” according to health experts (I thought they meant increasing degrees of a similar concept) or another example overweight = fat = obese.
Hang on a second. I think you might have to pay for it on the internet. Ha, no wonder it’s failed.
